The face behind the food

Liad and Adir crossed paths roughly ten years ago, forging a remarkable partnership while working at the acclaimed "Herbert Samuel" restaurant. Their roles as chef and sous chef complemented each other seamlessly, fueled by an extraordinary chemistry. Under the mentorship of Israeli culinary maestro, Johnathan Roshfeld, they delved into the intricacies of Mediterranean and French cuisine.

Their paths diverged temporarily when Adir ventured to New York to advise on an innovative restaurant venture. Meanwhile, Liad honed his skills under the tutelage of renowned chef Chaim Cohen at the award-winning "Yaffo-Tel Aviv" restaurant. However, their culinary journey reconverged upon Adir's return to Israel, prompting the duo to establish their private events catering service.

Witnessing the sheer delight of their satisfied guests fueled their ambition to explore new horizons. Thus, they embarked on a journey to Los Angeles, eager to broaden their culinary horizons and leave an indelible mark on the vibrant culinary scene of the city.
