“Salamtak “ catering was founded by chef Adir Cohen and Chef Liad Ichiye, taking Mediterranean food to a new level.

We create a menu according to your style and atmosphere, using the best and freshest ingredients of the season. 

Our food and service will be sat in line with your celebration, party, or business event, creating a unique experience of culinary, culture, and service. 

The face behind the food

Liad and Adir met about a decade ago. Working together at the rewards-winning restaurant “Herbert Samuel “ as a chef and a sous chef they had an extraordinary chemistry. 

They worked side by side with Israeli master chef Johnathan Roshfeld and learned the secrets of Mediterranean and French cuisine.

They split for a while when Adir went on a journey to New York to consult on a new eclectic restaurant opening. 

At that time Liad started working for Israeli master chef Chaim Cohen at his rewards-winning restaurant “Yaffo-Tel Aviv”. 

When Adir came back to Israel they teamed up and opened their own privet events catering.

Seeing how happy the guests were the chefs felt like they wanted to expand their horizons and flew to Los Angeles.
